The Music Academy Apartments are being developed in Budapest's 7th district, in a quiet side street in the heart of the city, at Hársfa utca 59a, close to Andrássy Avenue and Oktogon, near the recently fully renovated Hunyadi Square and the Academy of Music.
The Building
Built in 1890, the building is a fully renovated to German quality standards, classic residential building. As part of the building extension, 14 new apartments are being created above the existing 14 apartments. The entire building is being restored and modernised, resulting in passive house (A++) rated, low-energy, modern, air-conditioned apartments – most with terraces and rooftop terraces – meeting every requirement.
The building combines classic architectural style with modern technology: heating and cooling is provided by a geothermal heat pump, a smart home system will be installed, and the interior-designer-conceived apartments will be handed over as turnkey homes within a few months.

The ground floor + 2 storey building fits harmoniously into the inner-city environment with its classic appearance.
